My briefing last week, Know your numbers for us oldies 40 to 74 years wasn’t a sad event as I put a ‘tears’ and it should have been I only have a ‘years’ left to 74.
From the nothings last week the shop may be starting again in a few weeks, FireCamp still a nothing, volunteers we did get a few kids from PRaTTS at HurstFest in Cedar Park.
The SASSY Friday on the Square last Friday at Ashton Market was a great evening with bands and singers on the stage and lots of different continental foods and bars for drinks. Next one is Friday 6/10/23 16.00 to 20.00 see www.tameside.gov.uk/fridaysonthesquare come along and join in this great evening.
There is a great Weave carnival around Stalybridge town centre tomorrow Saturday 9/9/23 11.00 to 3.00 over 200 in the parade and some giant puppets plus lots of other events below.
